Soulslike interactive music demo in FMOD (horizontal system)
About this demo:
Interactive music for video games is a complete creative challenge. Besides composing and producing the music cues, we need to make sure that that system works at any point in time. The music needs to react to the player decisions and transition well between tracks.
In this case the music was composed for a soulslike game. The music accompanies the player throughout a dangerous place where he/she might (or might not) get chased by a middle earth giant monster...
The video explores the overall interactivity of the system: the looping quality of the tracks, the transition stinger between them and the death and escape stingers.
About me
I´m a composer based in Colombia, currently specializing in music for video games. I compose and produce my music. I´m looking to work remotly on projects around the world.
Lately, in my sound adventures, I´ve found myself gravitating to hybrid compositions where synthesizers and acoustic instruments merge to create inmersive textures. It is very thrilling to put my musical experiments and craft to the service of other creative people!
